Terms of Service

Last updated August 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of hilinq.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

HiLinq indexes job postings found on public company career pages and lets you search them, along with optional account features to save jobs, track applications, and set up alerts. Some employers may also post jobs directly on HiLinq.

Job listings aren't guaranteed

We pull listings directly from employer career sites and try to keep them current, but we can't guarantee that every listing is accurate, complete, or still open — job pages change or come down without notice. Always verify details on the employer's own site before applying, and understand that applying to a job takes place on the employer's site, under their terms, not ours.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not share your account with others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from HiLinq beyond normal browsing
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to bypass its security
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to post false or misleading information (e.g. as an employer)
  • Reverse-engineer or resell access to the Service without our permission

Employer-posted jobs

Employers who post jobs directly on HiLinq are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content. We may remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.

Paid features

Some features may require a paid subscription, billed and processed through Stripe. Pricing and billing terms are shown at the time of purchase; you can cancel a subscription at any time from your account.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular job listing is accurate or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HiLinq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any job listing found on it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
