What we do

HiLinq scans thousands of company career pages directly and indexes what it finds. When you click a job on HiLinq, you're taken to apply on the employer's own site — not a copy, not a re-post, and not a page that's gone stale because a third-party feed hasn't refreshed. Postings are re-checked continuously, and jobs that disappear from the source site are removed from search results.

Why it's built this way

Most job boards depend on employers manually submitting listings or paying to be included, which means the board only shows a fraction of what's actually open. HiLinq goes to the source instead — the company's own careers site — so the catalog reflects what employers have actually posted, not just what they've paid to promote.
